You will:

  • Understand global Operations needs and create insightful analysis to internal teams to make the right decision and, most importantly, drive action!
  • Take ownership  of reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools or using the available ones, ensuring  these tools are scalable and up-to-date
  • Act as an internal consultant to translate business questions into insights
  • Empowering all regional teams with scalable solutions that leverage data and directly impact their KPIs.
  • Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards and models for   all the regions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global operations department through out-of-the-box thinking and analytics.
  • Teaching others and sharing your knowledge/skills.


  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing a team of Analysts is a plus.
  • Expertise with SQL - Redshift experience is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in generating insights from multiple quantitative and qualitative data sources through Statistics, identifying business and operational opportunities.
  • Clean when presenting data. You know how to explain things in an understandable way.
  • Experience with at least one data oriented programming language such as R or Python.
  • You have a keen eye for identifying operational inefficiency and information gaps at a global level
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Qlikview.
  • Previous experience in programming is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Proficiency in English is a must
