We are looking for a manager for the new Glovo e-commerce. He will own the whole project, and its rollout in all 20 countries where Glovo is operating. This e-commerce must allow all our partners (or no partners) and riders worldwide to find all items and products they may need, or even more! And also fulfill our environmental sustainable vision, while generating a new business for Glovo.

You Will:

  • Build, lead and bring the implementation of the GLOVO e-commerce. Define strategy and make it happen! 
  • Be fully responsible of GLOVO e-commerce P&L, included business plan and monthly forecasting. 
  • Define the main KPI’s dashboard. The e-commerce starts almost from day “0”. 
  • Create a team from “scratch”. Lead by example by being incredibly truth-seeking and making data-driven decisions.
  • Define the e-commerce platform sort term & mid term strategy. 
  • Negotiation with third parties.

Requirements:

  • +3 years of relevant professional experience managing E-commerce.
  • Highly driven by Key Performance Indicators or Key Business Drivers
  • SEM / SEO
  • Negotiation skills
  • Intensely determined and tenacious
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Experience with Wocommerce is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit, fast execution
  • Strong ambition, drive, and passion
  • Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively
  • English is a must, Spanish is a plus
