Working in Global Supply Growth, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Glovers - from the day they first show interest in our platform and ensuring they have the most positive journey throughout their time collaborating with Glovo. This includes the entire acquisition process, situational training and best practices, ensuring the highest retention.
Being part of the Global team means you will need to coordinate with Regional and Local CRM and comms teams, provide support, to ensure best practices across all regions, unify reporting, and detect weak links in the funnel. You will be encouraged to travel and meet regional teams to deep dive into their challenges and learn from them.

The Global Courier LifeCycle CRM expert will create the processes to send automatic campaigns to all Glovers globally through all types of channels (SMS, emails, in-app, whatsapp…). This role will require a deep knowledge of CRM tools to be able to implement and support any integration needed from the technical side.

You Will:

  • Master the Braze software to define scalable and adaptable CRM campaigns
  • Design all the automatic campaigns to send comms to Glovers
  • Work closely with the regional growth manager of Glovers to coordinate for new implementations
  • Work closely with the local Ops teams to identify opportunities
  • Work closely with the Glover Experience team, to gather insights on Glovers around the world, as well as respecting our branding
  • Own CRM KPIs as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Make good use of internal data to build dashboards that measure and track the impact of your actions
  • Provide analytical support to the retention team for anything that they may need
  • Report on activity and effectiveness of all retention and CRM efforts


  • Degree in business, marketing, Advertising, Economics or similar
  • 3+ years working with a CRM tool (such as Salesforce/Braze). Proven experience in CRM programming
  • Proven track record of devising and delivering successful CRM programs
  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization. Experience with Looker is a plus
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner
