You will:

  • Have a transversal approach over Glovo’s Market research needs and work on defining key research projects based on business objectives; from strategy to execution
  • Develop and keep track of a master research calendar aligning vendors and stakeholders on key delivery dates while ensuring research execution and delivery dates
  • Analyze internal data to identify research needs and develop hypothesis along with stakeholders and propose and execute research plan for validation purposes
  • Lead the Qualitative Market Research Process: objective setting, target definition & recruitment (both internally & externally), discussion guides preparation, moderation & conclusions 
  • Draft strong presentations connecting different sources of information
  • Excel at understanding different Glovo targets and propose research  topics globally.
  • Support Global research projects.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business, Psychology or Sociology. A Master Degree in Market Research is a plus. 
  • Minimum 2-3  years of Market Research experience in FMCG or MR Agencies
  • Strong Project Management skills and proven success in handling global and local projects 
  • Proven track record of developing Qualitative Market Research projects, including definition of the research type, recruitment,  execution & analysis. 
  • Familiar with online methodologies i.e community panels
  • Strong consumer understanding skills
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable dealing with complex business challenges
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
