You will: 

  • Reach Partners satisfaction service level managing internal and external issues that might affect them 
  • Take full responsibility on operational partners performance 
  • Align together with procurement department in order to manage and coordinate items & devices deliveries within the agreed SLAs 
  • Assist Partners on payments and invoicing workflows 
  • Coordinate with Glovo internal areas like Marketing & Procurement in order to meet the best service level for our Partners 
  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working. 
  • Provide an excellence onboarding to our new Partners 
  • Take full responsibility for all client education and product demonstrations. 
  • Coordinate with Glovo internal areas like Marketing & Procurement in order to meet the best service level for our Partners 


  • Bachelor’s degree on Business, Marketing or any similar area 
  • Be passionate about your work 
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills is a plus 
  • Experience on using Salesforce is a plus
