Glovo is looking for a talented Regional CRM to join our Barcelona HQ

The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical skills, technical CRM knowledge, operational excellence and problem-solving. A person in this role is comfortable in an "all hands on" environment, loves solving problems and is able to thrive in a fast-paced and execution focused environment.

You will:

  • Own CRM KPIs as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Build CRM campaigns and automatized journeys based on lifecycle of the courier
  • Help the Global Team to execute and integrate Braze in your region
  • Make good use of internal data to build dashboards that measure and track the impact of your actions
  • Provide analytical support to the retention team for anything that they may need
  • Work with Data Analysts to report on activity and effectiveness of all retention and CRM effort

Requirements:

  • 1+ years working with a CRM tool (such as Salesforce).
  • Proven experience in CRM programming. HTML is a must. Experience with APIs and Zapier is a plus

  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner
