As Glovo’s Revenues Lead for Partners, you will lead the revenues strategy for thousands of our partners that include big restaurant chains, supermarkets and other business establishments, In this role, you will be one of the most pivotal person in ensuring Glovo’s profitable and sustainable growth. This is a core business development opportunity.

You Will:

  • Define and own the revenue goals for each country globally
  • Continuously develop strategies to leverage Glovo’s assets as revenue streams
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the teams in order to guarantee the achievement of the revenue KPIs
  • Build off-the-shelf revenue products from the ground up
  • Liaise with the tech team to build scalable product solutions for revenues
  • Work hard with your team helping and guiding them to ensure and maintain good relationships with our partners and our company
  • Drive, structure, analyze and channel daily work and information: setting responsibilities, meetings, and supervising general team performance
  • Convert all ad hoc revenue projects into streamlined processes via CRM

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in fast paced environments with at least 4 years experience in a core commercial role (Sales/Business Development)
  • This role requires heavy influencing skills, both internal and external to bring ideas to life
  • Proven record in leading, motivating and coaching high performing teams
  • Highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker, who has strong leadership and business fundamentals with high degree
  • Experience working in Salesforce or equivalent tools for daily workflows
  • Excellent English skills. (Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian or Portugese preferred)
