Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented marketing professional to lead our Growth & Marketing team in Iberia. Based in our Barcelona office, as the Head of Marketing for Iberia, your goal will be to make Glovo's Growth ambitions come true. 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Define Glovo’s Marketing & Growth strategy and action plan for Iberia
  • Have end-to-end responsibility on all Growth areas: user acquisition, retention, frequency, content, co-marketing, brand partnerships and brand reputation
  • Lead and build up a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver our ambitious goals
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget, showing a strong understanding of the local media landscape and defining the right channel mix
  • Define our CRM strategy to maximise retention and frequency of our user base
  • Work very closely with the country GM and rest of Heads to deliver all company goals and P&L targets
  • Work very closely with the EU regional team to support the definition of Glovo’s growth model in Europe

You have:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, at least 3 years in a top Tech company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Coding skills (SQL, Python) are always a plus.
  • Outstanding people management and talent development skills. Proven track record of building a marketing team.
  • Integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels. Experienced in budgeting and executing.
  • World-class consumer understanding skills
  • International Marketing experience (including experience in Iberia markets) is a plus
  • Proficient in English
