The main purpose of this position is to engage thousands of small accounts (B2B) through an active program of Communications and Education. This role is 100% focused externally and it is built on the core of our purpose of ensuring an excellent User Experience through every of our partners, in a scalable way.

You will:

  • Use available databases to analyze partners data and make recommendations on communication initiatives
  • Discover performance patterns and address them using Educational communications to drive performance improvement (operational Key Performance Indicators)
  • Design the content or outsource it for Educational communications to drive performance improvement (operational Key Performance Indicators)
  • Work in collaboration with Partner Services Business Analyst to send performance reports to Small Accounts on a timely manner and specific frequency to drive engagement
  • Drive loyalty and retention of Small Accounts
  • Prepare reports and give visibility on engagement and activity of Small Accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in CRM activities, B2B communications
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful and creative ideas
  • Soft skills: outstanding written skills is a must
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
