As a Loyalty & Partnerships Manager you will be a key representative of our company’s Ops team. You will be responsible for creating the Loyalty program aiming at Retention through the creation of a program that fits each country and that engage with our users.
 
We are looking for a candidate highly motivated, proactive, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who can find a way to deliver results when the route to success hasn't been written yet. 

You will

  • Be responsible for the entire Global process with new suppliers & partners to source and negotiate the Loyalty program globally.
  • Develop a scalable process together with the customisation required per country.
  • Meet quarterly regional objectives of retention.
  • Monthly report with the tasks executed (calls and visits)

Requirements

  • Analytical skills to see beyond the surface of things.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or Economy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account management or Procurement. Experience with Inside Sales is a plus.
  • Know how to negotiate your way into a super deal through sales techniques and persuasion.
  • Overachieving targets is a must. Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen.
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
  • You can never get enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf.
  • Have excellent communication skills. Eloquent, with good grammar and writing skills.
  • Autonomous and self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office.
