The Document and System Specialist is a key support function role within Glovo’s LiveOps Quality Analysis department. This role is responsible for the capture and maintenance of the LiveOps processes that underpin the support offered to Glovo Customers. This documentation is the basis for the Quality Analysis managed by LOQA using a dedicated system for which the Document & System Specialist.
 

You will:

  • Capture of LiveOps processes in document format based on process outline, working with internal stakeholders to clarify procedural doubts
  • Make required amendments to existing process documents, working with internal stakeholders to clarify procedural doubts 
  • Strict adherence to version control policy
  • Analyse document management needs by market, region or hub and define potential solutions
  • Support on the definition, implementation and maintenance of the policies, guidelines and criteria for document management, providing input on strategy where appropriate
  • Support on the implementation and communication of the Document Management Tool (Confluence). Specifically supporting the following:
    • Evaluation of document management tools
    • Integration of document management tools.
  • Support on the centralisation, if applicable, of the documents management activity both for digital documents:
    • Documents categorization and archiving
    • Documents search
  • Enforcement of the records lifecycle and support internal / external Document Management Program audits
  • Ensure accuracy and accessibility of information
  • Be responsible for centralized communication around processes and procedures and providing employee training regarding proper document storage and management
  • Act as a subject matter expert in LOQA system administration and functionality particularly in respect to but not limited to performance and coaching modules
  • Be able to provide support and cover to LOQA specialists in day to day management of Quality sampling workloads, scorecards and coaching forms

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. Information and Documentation, Linguistics, Translation, etc.)
  • Previous experience in document management departments.
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish is required (other languages are a plus).
  • Background on Confluence
  • Advanced knowledge on Google tools.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and additional project goals while maintaining day-to-day responsibilities
  • Exemplary written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Solution focused with ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Process oriented and meticulous with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as required
