Glovo uses the Salesforce platform to manage the sales pipeline and automate partner operations processes. Salesforce is the world’s #1 CRM platform used by companies to manage all their relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. In this role, you will support the Salesforce central team in building a cohesive and quality solution by ensuring that the Salesforce platform is working as intended. You will gain a deep understanding of the different Salesforce products and their underlying technology, with which you will develop the foundations for a professional career into any Salesforce role, from a technical role, ex. Salesforce Developer, to a functional role, ex. Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participating in requirements, design, estimation and test approach discussions
  • Preparing test data sets which fully exercise data validation and end-to-end system functionality
  • Estimating, planning and prioritising testing activities
  • Validating system usability through process-flow and use-case test execution
  • Organising User Acceptance Testing sessions and coordinating testing with other teams
  • Performing Salesforce production org, data and release validations
  • Maintaining regression test plans and performing regression testing prior to deployments
  • Implementing QA process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with support and development in debugging issues reported by users
  • Detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies and report them
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to the main Salesforce processes

Requirements:

  • EU National or valid Visa to work in Spain
  • Bachelor degree, preferable in a quantitative field, or higher
  • Advanced level of English and fluent in Spanish
  • Goog knowledge of MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of testing procedures is a plus
  • Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
  • Basic understanding of relational databases design concepts and data management
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to identify trends and communicate findings confidently and effectively
  • Ability to identify issues/opportunities, recommend solutions and develop methodologies
  • Must show initiative, be hands-on, work well both independently on projects or as part of a team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technology
  • Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
