Glovo’s partners include a wide variety of businesses including restaurants, pharmacies, grocery shops etc. Our partner operations team handle the end to end business cycle of our partners globally. We’re looking for a marketing/business development professional with a deep understanding of operations to make Glovo the primary choice for our partners.. This is a visionary role, not just at Glovo, but for the food tech industry overall. 

You will:

  • Be the go-to person for all things related to partner growth across 22+ countries
  • Build the vision for Global/Local partner branding
  • Liaise with the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Sales, Content, Product and Operations team - you will play a central, pivotal role in driving partner initiatives forward
  • Manage the partner operations communications team 
  • Own the entire budget for partner retention and growth

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of marketing/ops experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in the on-demand/e-commerce industry
  • At least 2 years of strong experience in revenue channel creation
  • Experience in building teams from the ground up
  • Post graduate in marketing would be a huge plus
  • Comfortable with SQL, EXCEL
  • Travel on a need based basis (Up to 25% of your time)
