Glovo uses the Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and automate partner operations processes. As a Salesforce Specialist, you will provide support on adoption, use and leverage of the Salesforce platform.

You will:

  • Do whatever it takes, in an efficient way, to ensure full adoption and leverage of the tool in the countries of the EU region.
  • Coordinate with Launchers, Head of Functions and teams to train and ensure adoption and maximum leverage of the tool.
  • Have a “country by country” approach to ensure correct training and deployment according to local needs and local status.
  • Conduct regular Salesforce trainings to users in the region.
  • In collaboration with Glovo’s Salesforce Central Leadership, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to continuously monitor User Adoption at a Business Function, Country and User level.
  • Give visibility to Head of Functions (in Sales & Partner Operations) by using full automated reports.
  • Give heads up and summarize business or execution opportunities you find on a weekly basis.
  • Develop, adjust and maintain Salesforce training materials to ensure relevant, accurate and up to date information is always presented.
  • Responsible for the daily management of data quality to improve/reduce integrity issues, including, but not limited to, manual intervention and merging records.

  • Work in alignment with Glovo’s Salesforce Central Team for continuous improvement user experience.


  • EU National or valid Visa to work in Spain
  • Availability to travel in the EU region up to 100%
  • Bachelor degree, preferable in a quantitative field, or higher
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Good understanding of database structures is a plus
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify issues/opportunities, recommend solutions and develop methodologies
  • Must show initiative, be hands-on, work well both independently on projects or as part of a team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technology
  • Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
