We are looking for a passionate Regional Business Developer to join our HQ in Barcelona.

You Will:

  • Support negotiations and close exclusive partnerships with the best accounts in the region, always aligned with the company goals while ensuring a fast and smooth onboarding. 
  • Support Regional Head of Sales managing, coaching and mentoring the sales team
  • As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of your region
  • Take strategic decisions based on data
  • Sales team training
  • Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
  • Follow closely market trends and news
  • Implement all required sales processes
  • Improve all sales performance metrics

Requirements:

  • For you it’s never enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf.
  • Overachieving targets is a must.
  • Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen.
  • Availability to travel +85%
  • You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc).
  • Skilled with excel and powerpoint
  • Training experience
  • Analytical skills to give solutions to different scenarios
  • 3 to 5  years sales experience dealing with c-levels in the marketplace industry.
  • Experience in sales team management is a must
