We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented professional to support our Strategy and Planning Operations department in our headquarters in Barcelona.
 
You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both expert strategic thinking and leadership skills to help building excellence in Operations.

You will:

  • Lead projects in our Operations teams, with geographical global impact,  in a proactive and autonomous way. Projects will depend on priorities defined by company quarterly goals, but you will analyse, bring forward, execute, measure and report
  • Analyse business cases to identify improvements to be achieved and potential impact
  • Bring forward and sell projects within the organization until validation. Coordinate and align your projects with the rest of the organization
  • Lead a professional execution with good vibes
  • Measure actual impact
  • Report weekly metrics of improvement raising the bar
  • Design and build, in collaboration our rocket BI/Data team, dashboards to measure and track KPIs
  • Occasionally travel
  • Report to Strategy and Planning Operations Director, though depending on your mission you will also report dotted line to other company managers

Requirements:

  • Experience in a top consulting firm for more than 2-3 years, or a +5 years background in solid project management in operations
  • Experience in startups or technological platforms is a plus
  • Proven experience in operations projects: improvement of efficiency, quality, costs etc.
  • Experience with business driven / self-service BI. SQL is a plus
  • Understanding of Customer Experience (CX) technologies and state of the art best practices
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ease in learn fast and adapt yourself to different business situations
  • Experience in building and supporting BI/analytics/big data business cases and solving data intense problems
  • Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results.
