At Glovo, we are looking for an enthusiastic Content Specialist for our Customer Support team to help us improve how we serve our customers around the world. This is your opportunity to help us communicate more effectively in all of the languages that we support.

You will:

  • Create a localization strategy for each of our customer languages, utilizing internal and external localization resources as appropriate
  • Manage the cloud system for localizing our support content in all of our customer languages
  • Create structures for organizing our support content that make it as easy as possible for our customers and support teams to find what they need
  • Create and manage a system for measuring the usage and effectiveness of support content in all of our customer languages

Requirements:

  • Full verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable
  • Significant experience managing Content in a tech entity
  • Significant experience with social media management, SEO or Contact Center experience 
  • Significant experience using metrics to drive support content improvement
  • Be a self-starter who can identify needs and move swiftly to address them
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving ability
