We are looking for a Regional Manager Partner Operations to own the relationship with our Partners (restaurants/stores) in the region through teams in each country. Nowadays this includes managing thousands of partners in 10 countries and growing. Partner Operations department handles the relationship with our partners once they are part of our platform, and has the aim of developing each partner in terms of loyalty, operational excellence and growth.

You will:

  • Build, recruit, lead and bring the best from a regional team to support the local markets and points of contact to drive our vision to become the Best Preferred Partner and at the same time, ensure the Best User Experience
  • Being the ultimate responsible of local teams performance and relationship with partners, working from Glovo HQ in Barcelona
  • Enable the team with powerful tools and ensure maximization and adoption with the only goal in mind of improving our Operations and with that, improving Partners and Customers Satisfaction
  • Prioritise and develop the different segments of Partners so they can perform and reach to high expected goals
  • Coordinate, push and track performance results for each market with a high orientation in driving Partners & Customers Satisfaction. Build insights from historical data, forecast performance of Key Accounts, help the team anticipate issues and discuss priorities by market to reach a better performance
  • Lead by example by being incredibly truth-seeking, making data-driven decisions, and setting high standards for the regional and local team
  • Take direct feedback from the local markets to give better suggestions and visibility to Product teams to ensure we build the best technological solutions for our Partners
  • Contribute to improve Glovo's financial performance by enabling growth in a scalable way: centralizing processes, building lean local structures and challenging the team to do more with less
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement of processes and tools, with internal focus - to drive maximum productivity - and external focus - to drive best in class service (i.e. Salesforce, CRM tools) to keep a best-in-class working culture


  • +7 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, Partner Operations, Sales
  • You have the experience/ability to train/coach others across different geographies in a multicultural space
  • Experience +2 years in a fast paced environment and/or start ups
  • On-demand food delivery sector and/or restaurant industry experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of building/managing teams with good vibes whilst constantly raising the bar
  • Highly driven by Key Performance Indicators or Key Business Drivers
  • Strong strategic and external focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the relevant markets: prioritization based on strategic thinking and success
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate, influence and communicate with others at different levels
  • Experience working remotely and in a matrix organizational structure is a plus
  • Get stuff done attitude: you have a can-do attitude, be comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines, thrive in an unknown environment and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
  • Travel on a need basis up to 75% of your time
  • English is a must, Spanish is a plus
