We're looking for a Business Analytics & Partner Services Senior Analyst to work with us! In this role, you will build solid reports with a extremely high focus on external partners and execution, that highlight business opportunities and enable the Partner Operations team to improve the User Experience through improving Partners' performance and engagement.

You will:

  • Build tailor made reports and scalable tool in collaboration with the Partner Operations Regional Manager and Partner Operations Manager.
  • Highlight business opportunities to Top Management and influence local teams to act on them.
  • Have a "developing business" mindset and you will express it through a pragmatic view of reports.
  • Be evaluated on KPis positive evolution in the region and not only on internal tasks.
  • Be in touch with the business and understand business needs in order to create insightful analysis to internal teams to make the right decision and, most importantly, drive action!
  • Detect business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Expertise with SQL
  • Experience working with analysis tools such like Pandas, SciPy, Scikit, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, etc.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing insights for decision making and execution.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, QlikView.
  • Soft skills: verbal communication. You will need train other and explain effectively your point of view and conclusions in multiple levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience in programming is a plus.
  • Used to gathering data from different sources (APIs, Excel and other databases).
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must
