Glovo is looking for a world-class Growth Manager to work in our Headquarters at Buenos Aires and help expand our brand through out Argentina and Uruguay

Glovo is a Barcelona based start-up that is transforming the way consumer access to local goods, enabling anyone to get nearly any product delivered in less than 60 minutes. We are present Europe, South America, Central America & Emea.

 You will:

  • Define Glovo’s growth strategy in Argentina and Uruguay, in alignment with the LATAM
    hub.
  • Lead the local Growth team.
  • Manage and optimize Glovo’s marketing budget -understand local media landscape and
    define the right mix of digital / non-digital investment to maximize user acquisition and
    retention goals.
  • Work with Sales and Partner Operations teams to build tailored Marketing proposals for
    Glovo’s top partners
  • Execute most of Glovo’s communication campaigns in Argentina and Uruguay.
  • Track and monitor area KPIs providing the appropriate visibility to LATAM hub.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree - emphasis in business or marketing.
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams.
  • Experienced budgeting and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of local consumers habits.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Comfortable working in ultra fast-paced environments and dealing with high complex business challenges
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
