We are looking for a passionate, highly analytical and experienced professional to work in the  Global Content and Pricing Team in our HQ in Barcelona.
At Glovo, we believe having the right content optimization strategy is key to win any market. In this role - you will lead the design for - menu structure, in store user funnel and experience and beyond all aimed at ensuring the user in store conversion rate and average order value increases!
The role will influence key parts of the business partnering with different internal stakeholders from in-app user experience, to data science, product,  sales and restaurant operations. The focus of this role is to devise a global optimization strategy that empowers and uplifts the commercial performance - in terms of offerings and user experience.

You will:

  • Use data to understand in store user-buying behaviour and define the best way to layout content to users
  • You will study different store layouts and build a recommendation system to guide stores to have the best layout aimed at user conversion
  • Focus on creating in store experience that allows user to find items easily
  • Analyse data to be able to increase the average order value of all stores
  • Come up with innovative ways to increase conversion rate and average order value for each store
  • Assess the impact of store variables like description, images on key performance indicators
  • Define and build a global food trend identification process that guides cities and regions on upcoming trends (example: vegan burger, etc.) to be able to invest and grow before competition does
  • Document processes to be able to scale globally
  • Build governance processes to be able to track impact of all efforts


  • Bachelor´s degree in Math, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in data / BI roles, experience in e-commerce is a plus
  • Experience in SQL, R, google analytics, and advanced google sheets is a required
  • Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Product experience or experience working with product teams
  • Proficient in English
