We’re looking for a Mobility intern who wants to join a sub-department within the People’s team in our HQ in Barcelona. The person in charge will give a hand on processing and executing the mobility program within our company.
The Mobility program contains visa processing, execution on the relocation policy and improving the governmental compliance with Spanish and international authorities. Creating playbooks, processes, presentations and communicating accurately with all stakeholders. We want to make international mobility for Glovo’s employees a piece of cake!

You will:

  • Learn about corporate immigration law in Spain and compliance with local governmental authorities and overseas (consulates, embassies, registries)
  • Assisting on preparing forms and documents to be presented at the Spanish Ministry of Labor
  • Assisting in appointment booking and pointing new hires and impacts in the right direction
  • Archive documents, assure international employees have the required documents up to date - check legal documentation, personal data and organize them
  • Accompanying new hires or current employees to their appointments with the different authorities (police, social security, among others)
  • Support new hires or current employees in visa process with all their doubts and concerns
  • Drafting playbooks and searching for information about international immigration processes, international bureaucracy, etc


  • Studying a degree in law, politics, international relations or similar
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management.
