Glovo uses the Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and automate partner operations processes. As a Salesforce Data Analyst, you will be a key member in the Salesforce team, working closely with the key roles of each different market. 

You will:

You will mainly be responsible for the data hygiene and maintenance of Glovo’s Salesforce environment. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Analyzing data consistency and flagging issues
  • Importing/updating data
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
You will also assist in the training/learning management process and will ensure the adoption of proven practices by:
  • Creating and maintaining training materials and documentation for users and training new end users
  • on Salesforce
  • Monitoring user adoption rates and responding as needed (e.g., additional training sessions, communication, system modification proposals, etc.)


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced level of English and fluent in Spanish
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify issues/opportunities, recommend solutions and develop methodologies
  • Must show initiative, be hands-on, work well both independently on projects or as part of a team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technology
  • Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
