  1. Build and execute EC marketing masterplan in alignment with Hub
  2. Master country's growth funnel and bring actionables to maximizes every stage of it.
  3. Develop and execute efficient user acquisition levers.
  4. Partner with third-party agencies to drive PR agenda.
  5. Define the app´s content strategy and build plans to accelerate its performance.
  6. Build and execute solid trade marketing activations w/top partners

Main KPIs:

  • Growth. Insights for growth and content teams in the hub / Orders, NC, CAC Trade.
  • Execute promo grid, POS & bags in country (CR GT)
  • Support hub in local activations for growth team (BTL, PR, etc)
  • Content. Create lists and action on performance KPIs in all CEAM countrries


  • Bachelor's degree - emphasis in marketing or business preferred.
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience - FMCG/CPG prefered.
  • Min of 1 years leading people.
  • Proven experience in offline media planning and execution.
  • Solid analytical skills and KPIs oriented.
  • Strong level of business reporting.
  • Comfortable working in ultra fast-paced environments.
  • English bilingual.
