Glovo is building the future of cities by enabling anyone to get any product from any store in their city delivered in minutes. In order for us to do this in a reliable fashion, we are looking for a talented Office Administrator to join our rapidly growing team.

You will:

  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment, Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Book transport and accommodation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, arranging deliveries and postage
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems
  • Organize induction programs for new employees
  • Assist the organization’s HR admin function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, supporting employees in preparing expense reports and so on
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Manage contract with office vendors, service providers and office lease (waste, office supplies, internet, printer, office furniture, mobile phone, security) - ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team including filing and basic bookkeeping, maintain filing and archiving
  • Offer support for finance related tasks
  • Ad-hoc administration, finance and projects in office

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • English fluent
  • Computer literate including knowledge of Word/Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Proactive and reliable
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Good work ethic
