Content Quality Analyst


The Content Quality Analyst is a branch of Content Operations inside the structure of LiveOps, and one of the key areas of Glovo. As Content Quality Analyst you will be working on managing and optimizing the content of the stores in our marketplace to ensure accuracy and performance of our online platform.

We are looking for a candidate highly motivated, extremely organized, detail-oriented, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities, who can find creative solutions to complex problems.

You will:

  • Lead content quality and ensure high level content on our marketplace
  • Supervise Content Projects regarding City Launchings, New partners, Promotions, among others.
  • Lead and manage the activation of new partners
  • Master our Content backend system better than any other Glovo being.
  • Coordinante content-related tasks with other departments
  • Create the necessary reports to monitor key activation and content metrics, providing visibility to HQ and the local team
