We're looking for someone who has a mix of operational process to get great work done, the negotiation and collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from our partners, the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions, and the emotional intelligence and humility required to lead a fast-paced business and inspire a team of people across different countries.
- Create our entity and brand from scratch in the newly launched city
- Define the medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets for your city in the established time
- Own the P&L for your city, working closely with central finance, operations and marketing teams
- Build, lead and manage a team of a highly talented team from different departments - including operations, marketing, and sales
- Develop and close partnerships with important brands and merchants
- Manage multiple projects while being a resourceful multi-tasker and the key stakeholder manager for your city
- Be the representative for Glovo at the press, launch events, conferences, and media interactions
- Lead by example by being incredibly truth-seeking, making data-driven decisions, and setting the high standards for the local team
- Identify and communicate product needs to the right tech and engineering stakeholders
You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything
You've got a good judgment but own up to your mistakes
You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding
You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
