At Glovo, we are looking for an enthusiastic Voice/Phone Manager for our Customer Support Department to help us improve the voice support we provide to our customers around the world. This is your opportunity to help us take our phone support to the next level!

You will:

  • Help administer our current Masvoz voice system
  • Evaluate what software, cloud services, and hardware systems we should be using as we scale out phone support to more types of customers in more countries
  • Evaluate what networking infrastructure we need across our support centers to guarantee the low latency and high bandwidth required for large-scale phone support
  • Create cost estimates and budgets for future voice needs
  • Control and minimize voice costs while providing high call quality
  • Ensure that we comply with all relevant laws in the countries we operate in


  • Full verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable
  • Significant experience in managing voice systems for a large customer-facing entity
  • Significant experience with networking for voice systems and in-app voice solutions
  • Be a self-starter who can identify needs and move swiftly to address them
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving ability
