We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented professional to work in our New Business Development area. You will help to identify, analyze and operate new projects in Italy. You will act and operate as a startup within a startup!

You will:

  • Be in charge of executing the strategy for launching new food businesses
  • Work with a cross-functional team (marketing, operations, sales, ..) to achieve quick and flawless execution
  • Help with project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
  • Give visibility to main stakeholders of the project status and follow up on next steps
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product improvement
  • Build, scale, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist the team
  • Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
  • Manage a small team of rockstars and launchers

Requirements:

  • Hands on person
  • +3 years of experience as project manager or in an innovation position, preferably in the FMCG industry or consultancy
  • Good level of English and Italian
  • Resourceful multi-tasker
  • Get stuff done attitude
  • Problem solver, analytical mindset, results-driven, with perfect written and spoken communication
  • Interest in start-ups, technology, and a fast-paced environment
  • You understand and can quickly guide teams to use innovative methods to save time (Python, R, google scripts, SQL etc)
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
