Glovo is building the future of cities by enabling anyone to get any product from any store delivered within 60 minutes. Our goal is to provide an on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world, adapted to the local supply status.
 
We are looking for an ambitious  person who can help the OCC department improve the Quality of executing processes and the fleet management.

You will:

  • Design training manuals, online e-learning modules and course materials
  • Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Have a committed, professional attitude to training and work in general
  • Creation of soft skills training for agents (how to execute processes, etc)
  • Ensures consistent & unified quality standards
  • Provides constant feedback to improve the performance of the  team
  • Work with the Ops Analytics team and Hub Supervisor to create KPIs dashboard to track performance and metrics

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and advance Spanish is a must (written and spoken)
  • Excellent level in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Presentations and Google Sheets)
  • Prior experience in learning and development (e-learning is a plus)
  • Prior experience working with Quality metrics and KPIs is a plus
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Being approachable and organized, able to build interpersonal relationships and work in a team
