Groceries is the second biggest category inside Glovo and we are currently building a strong HQ team in order to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries, making it more convenient an easy than ever before.

The Partnerships Manager for Global Groceries will be responsible for creating the strategy and connecting with leading retailers and FMCG brands in order to create win-win partnerships that will contribute to grow the groceries business in Glovo profitably.

You will:

  • Define partner strategy for groceries and negotiate with top retailers globally such as Carrefour and Wallmart in order to be included in Glovo Marketplace and/or as suppliers for our Dark-Store model
  • Unlocking revenue and growth by engaging with leader FMCG brands and establishing win-win agreements based on in-app visibility, sampling, media campaigns and promotions
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy to scale successful brand partnerships across other markets
  • Create and lead a team that is able to deploy and execute the agreed strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in the global market either within FMCG or on-demand services industry, ecommerce or consultancy
  • Experience in understanding retail business, as well as revenue dynamics and drivers
  • Sales skills with abilities to network
  • Can negotiate commercials and manage large partner accounts

  • Fluent in English. Additional languages skills are a plus
