Due to being one of the fastest growing startups, at Glovo, we are constantly expanding and growing our teams. The operations department host Glovo’s key team - in charge of taking care of delivering an amazing UX to our users and glovers and building healthy and sustainable fleets of Glovers.
Here, we make sure that our delivery standards are met in every city we operate! We constantly rethink and redesign our supply processes in order for Glovo’s operation to become more profitable, sustainable and efficient.
Few months ago we developed a system where customers have the ability to pay in cash to the couriers. It is enabled in +40 cities at the moment. It is a complex system that involves many other departments and that is purely executed by operations. We are looking for a GM of cash operations that owns the whole system, tracks fraud levels, coordinates with product for new requirements and makes sure that everything is under control.
As the GM of Cash Operations… 

You will:

  • Own the cash system end to end. Define and execute future strategy.   
  • Build and lead your own team of analysts and become a key core-team inside operations
  • Create models and perform analysis to provide actionable insights to improve the efficiency and fraud levels of the system
  • Be in contact, and provide support to, with local teams to ensure that all the actionables are in coherence to what is needed
  • Maintain all the dashboards that regional and local teams use in their daily basis. Propose new kpi’s for these dashboards.
  • Work closer to the tech team to suggest improvements in the product side of cash
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to execute the solution which is best for the business, our glovers and our partners
  • Commit to contributing to Glovo's growth globally, getting the job done


  • 3 or 4 years of professional experience in data analyst or similar (expertise in fraud/payments is a plus)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or similar with outstanding records
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Data-driven decision making. (SQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Communication and leadership skills so as to coordinate with other stakeholders and lead your own analysts
  • Clean when presenting data. You know how to explain things in an understandable way
  • To be able to manage the big picture, and the smallest details. You're always on top of your deadlines and an organization freak
  • The ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
