Glovo is a marketplace that contains the shops, markets, restaurants and the most fashionable places of each city, making the delivery of their products in less than 40 minutes. We launched in March 2015 and now we operate in more than 19 countries. Our goal is to conquer as many countries and cities as possible: the sky is the limit!
 
One of the most important parts of the platform are the riders, Glovers for us. They are one of the supply legs of the marketplace. Working in the Supply Comms department, you must make sure to keep Glover's satisfaction always high. This means focusing on projects, reports and actions that help to improve global Glovers’ retention.
 
We are looking for a talented CRM expert to join our Barcelona HQ.
 
The CRM expert will create the tool to send automatic campaigns to all glovers globally through all types of channels (SMS, emails, whatsapp…). This role will require a deep knowledge of crm tools to be able to implement any integration needed from the technical side. The CRM expert should be able to face by himself any technical issue that he can encounter while doing the configuration of the program. Analytical skills are required as the role is expected to significantly impact performance and drive overall company success.
 

You will:

  • Master the Braze software to execute regional CRM campaigns
  • Design all the automatic campaigns to send comms to Glovers
  • Work closely with the regional retention manager of glovers to coordinate for new implementations
  • Own CRM KPIs as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Make good use of internal data to build dashboards that measure and track the impact of your actions
  • Provide analytical support to the retention team for anything that they may need
  • Work with BI to report on activity and effectiveness of all retention and CRM efforts

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, Advertising or economics
  • 1+ years working with a CRM tool (such as Salesforce/Braze/Fountain). Proven experience in CRM programming
  • Proven track record of devising and delivering successful CRM programs
  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement. Problem-solving
