Marketing is one of the key departments at Glovo: you will be directly working on educating, creating and demonstrating the value that Glovo has for the user. We are looking for a candidate highly motivated, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities and with strong attention to detail, who can find creative solutions to complex problems.

You will:

  • Implement Glovo Marketing strategy in Iberia with the support of the Iberian Marketing Manager.
  • Lead local Marketing actions (offline) to deliver on the agreed growth goals. Track and monitor key Growth metrics and be prepared to do in depth business analysis whilst providing the appropriate visibility to the Iberian Marketing Manager.
  • Understand local media landscape and execute the plans to maximize user base growth within the agreed investment targets.
  • Develop the country’s promotional and point of sale strategy
  • Manage country marketing budget

Requirements:

  • Business Administration Studies in top University
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketing experience at a leading FMCG/CPG company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
  • Experience at project management
  • Have a deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Strong skills in office, especially in excel
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and verbal in Spanish and English (Portuguese is plus)
