We are looking for a high-performance Head of Sales for our Colombia based markets to take care of RPO improvements.
 
This person will be responsible for ensuring that our sales and growth objectives for the CEAM region are met, giving necessary support to current and future local Sales Leaders.

You will:

  • Build and manage a sales dream team, continuously training and improving them.
  • Support negotiations and close exclusive partnerships with the best accounts in the country, always aligned with the company goals.
  • As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of your region.
  • Take strategic decisions based on data.
  • Build long term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding. 
  • Ensure that your team keeps their pipeline updated on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with other departments and improve processes.
  • Follow closely market trends and news.

Requirements:

  • For you never is enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf.
  • Overachieving targets is a must 
  • Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen
  • You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
  • 5 to 7 years  hands-on sales experience, key contacts in the industry is a plus
