You will be a key member in the Sales Operations Team, coordinating training and onboarding of new team members. Training and best practices are key in a fast growing organization.

You will:

  • Plan, develop, and implement training programs for all new hires within the sales organization; Conducts initial and ongoing training
  • Track results after all training sessions and assign goals depending on training
  • Prepares sales representatives by providing training on value proposition to partner, contract details, sales process and company value proposition in a blended learning model (classroom, e-learning, job shadowing)
  • Take objection handling to the next level
  • Work closely with country head of sales to identify improvement opportunities in the team
  • Create and execute customised plans for high-potential employees
  • Understands and keeps current with company processes and procedures


  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales field, training coaching or mentoring. 
  • Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills
  • Highly self motivated professional
  • Proficient in the use of E-Learning tools, development and implementation
  • Traveling might be required for some trainings sessions
