Our Restaurant and Business Partners are one of the most important part of our marketplace and working with the Partner Operations team means that you will be working on global projects that will contribute towards making Glovo big and beloved among our Partner community across the world.

You will:

  • Design, create and implement global communication campaigns and surveys to our restaurant and other Business Partners
  • Work closely with, resolve issues, provide guidance and train local teams from across the World from Glovo Headquarters
  • Define processes to effectively manage communications towards internal Stakeholders and external Partners as we scale
  • Facilitate the implementation of platforms used to communicate with our Partners i.e. CRM
  • Improve tools and content that the global Customer Service team uses to communicate with our Partners
  • Manage/Own multiple projects to improve Partner Operations through effective communication practices
  • Work that delivers on both speed and quality. Work smart


  • Degree in business or communications
  • Availability full-time
  • At least 2 years work experience
  • Project Management skills, well organised, resolutive
  • Good copy writing skills
  • Comfortable dealing with fast growth, complex business challenges and ambiguity
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player, proactive and oriented to deliver results
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Excel and MS Office knowledge is a must
  • Proficient in English and Spanish. Other European and Global languages are a plus
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Past experiences in email marketing management are a plus
  • HTML and Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus
