We are looking for an experienced, self motivated and customer centric Head of Customer Experience (CX) to lead, define and deploy a world class Customer Experience strategy for Glovo.

You will:

  • Understand, design and implement an improved Customer Experience for the users of Glovo, across all interactions, supported by data and analytics
  • Lead a cross-functional team that looks holistically at our customers
  • Collect our customer voices, mapping their journeys and identifying the main point points
  • Manage initiatives to continuously improve our customers experience with Glovo

Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Quantitative field or Business
  • 6+ years of experience leading Customer Experience teams
  • Track record building high performing teams, defining organizational structure, acquiring and developing talent
  • Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Customer-first mentality and be self-motivated, dynamic, assertive, diplomatic while being able to ‘get stuff done’. 
  • Amazing communication and people engagement skills to build relationships at all levels in the organization
  • Proficient in English
