The Salesforce Admin will administer Glovo’s CRM processes globally. The position is crucial for all departments that interact with partners at Glovo. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical skills and creativity. A person in this role is comfortable in an "all-hands-on" environment, loves solving problems and is able to thrive in a fast-paced and execution focused environment.


You Will

  • Develop and Maintain SF processes and improvements
  • Develop new features and automation of existing processes
  • User training
  • Master our current reporting
  • Responsible for having the most accurate and complete information on SF
  • Communicate to main stakeholders any change in the platform


  • Minimum 1.5 years previous proven Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Adequate education level is MSc or BSc in IT or Business Administration
  • Precise, flexible and steady performer
  • Good change management, collaboration and training skills to engage with Salesforce users
  • Proficient level in English
  • Hunger to continuously study and learn new topics about salesforce
