Glovo uses the Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and automate partner operations processes. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key member in the Salesforce team, working closely with the people in different departments and markets.

You Will:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for Glovo’s Salesforce environment
  • Provide Salesforce support for all users
  • Propose Salesforce improvements arising from support requests
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, security settings, profiles and other routine tasks
  • Create and manage custom fields/objects, flows, processes, record types, validation rules, page layouts, etc.
  • Execute data migration/cleansing projects
  • QA and deploy Salesforce changes/enhancements
  • Conduct user trainings and to grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Develop and maintain system process and training documentation
  • Participate in the evaluation, scope and completion of Salesforce change requests


  • 1 year work experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Bachelor degree
  • Advanced level of English and fluent in Spanish
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify issues/opportunities, recommend solutions and develop methodologies
  • Must show initiative, be hands-on, work well both independently on projects or as part of a team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technology
  • Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
