As a Regional General Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale our on-demand delivery platform in one of our key regions globally.
We're looking for someone who has a mix of operational prowess to get great work done, the negotiation and collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from our partners, the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions, and the emotional intelligence and humility required to lead a fast-paced business and inspire a team of people across different countries.
As a Regional General Manager...

You Will:

  • Create our entity and brand from scratch in the newly launched region
  • Define the medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets for your region in the established time
  • Own the P&L for your region, working closely with central finance, operations and marketing teams
  • Build, lead and manage a team of a highly talented team from different departments -including operations, marketing, and sales
  • Develop and close partnerships with important brands and merchants
  • Manage multiple projects while being a resourceful multi-tasker and the key stakeholder manager for your region
  • Be the representative for Glovo at the press, launch events, conferences, and media interactions
  • Lead by example by being incredibly truth-seeking, making data-driven decisions, and setting the high standards for the local team
  • Identify and communicate product needs to the right tech and engineering stakeholders


  • 5-10 years of experience in startup / fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing and building teams of 10+ people
  • Experience in P&L management
  • You have the ability to sell Glovo and network with the top merchants in your region
  • Be an owner mindset: you are committed to growing Glovo in your markets and digging
    deep to solve bottlenecks
  • Get stuff done attitude: you have a can-do attitude, be comfortable working with limited
    resources under tight deadlines, thrive in an unknown environment and not afraid of
    rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
  • Ability to balance a swift pace of execution with attention to detail
