Growth is one of the key areas at Glovo: you will be directly working on defining, building and analyzing the Growth Strategy to convert Glovo into a super successful & multinational company. We are looking for a candidate who is hyper-analytical, highly motivated, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail, who can find creative solutions to complex problems.
 
You will:
  • Help to define strategies and actions to deliver growth and key business objectives
  • Find creative ways to fix the problems and support them with fact-based rationales  
  • Ensure execution of planned marketing activities in key cities
  • Work with different departments on cross-functional projects
Requirements:
  • Coursing or having finished a business degree in top-tier university
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • A creative mindset to solve local problems with local solutions
  • Great interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • High level of English written and spoken
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially in Excel
