📍 Location: London
🏙️ Office requirement: Hybrid, 1 a week
📝 Employment type: Permanent

At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to play a key role in our growth marketing team in London. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our senior performance marketing executive you’ll you will be responsible for supporting our entire paid advertising output, aligning with various members of the marketing team and delivering against revenue and engagement based targets. As an expert in all things paid advertising, you’ll sit within our growth marketing team, working closely to deliver and report on campaigns, optimise towards targets and develop new ideas.

You will play a key supporting role in the growth marketing team, and will work with our Senior Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies across paid search, paid social, display and video activity. Your role will be hands-on, supporting the management of a range of different campaigns and platforms, working on large budget global activity with high business impact.

You'll work closely with our Head of ABX to target our high-value accounts through bespoke audience segmentation, and our Senior Campaign Manager to help launch tactical multi-channel campaigns.

You will also be required to be proactive, helping to source the latest ideas and strategies based on insights, research and collaborative work. An eye for design and copywriting would also be beneficial, as would a real passion for all things digital!

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

👉 Proven experience working in a similar digital marketing role
👉 Experience managing campaigns across the following platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, with other paid social, display and video platform experience beneficial
👉 Experience handling campaigns with high commercial impact, and large budgets, with previous exposure to ABX campaigns beneficial
👉 Confident analytical skills, with the ability to spot relevant data trends at speed, whilst delivering great reports and insights
👉 An eye for detail across design and copywriting, ideally with the confidence to create assets from pre-agreed ad templates

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, exemplified by our leadership team, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

Interview steps 👟

👉 Preliminary phone call with the Talent Team (no video required)
👉 First video interview with the hiring managers
👉 Second (and final*) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with members of the wider GWI community.

*Don’t be alarmed if there are other stages in the process, it’s all part of the plan for some of our roles.
