Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our product manager you’ll be at the forefront of defining and delivering innovative solutions that address customer needs while driving business growth for our flagship product. Working closely with engineers and designers, you will be responsible for setting a clear vision and roadmap that aligns with the wider business objectives, and closely monitor the performance of your initiatives through proactive data analysis.

You’ll develop a deep empathy for our customers and utilise this to drive the delivery of value-rich features and innovative solutions, and you will proactively put forward ideas and work across teams throughout the org to communicate product strategy and goals, ensuring continued alignment in the business as we unveil the opportunities of the post-AI era.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

 

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

👉 Proactive product management; Proven track record of launching or enhancing successful digital products in an agile environment, with an attitude biased towards considerate action, proactively pursuing solutions that will set the team up for success.
👉 Customer curious mindset; Ability to deeply understand user needs and translate them into actionable product initiatives and plans. 
👉 Analytical capabilities; confidence in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and measure product success and the ability to think creatively about finding the answers to your questions.

👉 Second (and final*) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with members of the wider GWI community.
