Right now we’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a key role in our Corporate Revenue team in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Senior Sales Development Representative you’ll be the first experience and point of contact for potential new customers at GWI so you will need to be organised and tenacious in pursuing opportunities and leads. You'll identify new business opportunities through outbound lead generation, research & prospecting, manage & respond to inbound requests from prospective clients via cold calling & email, secure meetings for the GWI sales organisation, analyse customer needs and identify potential solutions, present and explain GWI product offerings, and supporting team initiatives and projects. E.g running team power hours, assisting with sales tool training and initiative roll-outs.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

 

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

👉 Proven experience and track record of meeting or exceeding quota's in a new business sales role. 

👉 Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders and peers.

👉 Desire to cold call and build new relationships on phone, email and over video call.

👉 Experience supporting and collaborating with Account Executives and cross functional teams.

👉 You have a warm and empathetic approach, are thick skinned and not afraid or demotivated by rejection or objections.
