Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Product Services Executive, you’ll work with our Product and Research teams to ensure all GWIers have access to the support and information they need to understand our data and empower our clients.


As part of this role, you’ll investigate and respond to advanced queries about our data from client-facing teams (e.g. how we collect our data, how to interpret it and how it’s changing). You’ll also play a key role in our query reporting process, using Zendesk to report on the queries received to help identify knowledge gaps across the business and potential areas of improvement in our research. Additionally, you’ll support the rest of the team in growing and updating our client facing help center, and communicating updates to our data internally. 

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

👉 Experience either conducting survey-based research or analysing its results, preferably across multiple countries
👉 Experience helping clients or internal stakeholders to make sense of data, even if answers aren't immediately obvious.
👉 A natural problem solver, with the ability to make connections across different subjects / themes / areas of expertise and explain complex things in simple terms

👉 Second (and usually the final) interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a Values Conversation with members of the wider GWI community.
