About Revenue
Our Revenue department is split between New Business and Customer Experience, which consists of both Account Management and Customer Success.
New Business
As part of our new business team, you will possess a strong will to seek out (and win!) new, scalable business opportunities! You will work on the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to proposal and closing. You will have a consultative selling approach by generating and defining research needs and developing solutions leveraging the full range of GWI’s products and services by telling meaningful stories and taking them on a journey of discovery.
We are looking for candidates who have some great knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, a track record of building strong and interesting pipelines, and love to solve problems and come up with new questions to support your client’s agendas.
CX - Account Management
If you join our CX - Account Management team you could either be part of the Independent Agencies team or the Corporate team.
As an account manager you will benefit from an established portfolio of clients and will work with either some of the fastest-growing marketing agencies or well-known brands. Your responsibilities will be to build strong relationships with the clients, look after renewals, and grow the accounts within GWI.
We are looking for candidates with experience in account management or similar role with a strong track record of closing deals in subscription services organizations.
CX - Customer Success
The Customer Success team is responsible for helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through the adoption and practical application of our product and data sets. This is achieved through proactive relationship building, education, and consultative support.
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in a client-facing and support role and have a customer-focused mindset, with a natural ability to relate to clients and understand their issues.
