About the Position

At Globalization Partners we’re in high-growth mode – we've doubled in size last year and plan to continue this pace for the next five years. Given our aggressive charter, we’re looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations who will be responsible for managing the operational processes, administration, technologies that enable the Sales and Marketing organizations to work effectively.  This leader will work with cross departmental leadership and stakeholders to operationalize strategic initiatives.  They will be responsible for a team of operations professionals from all over the world who have helped create record growth for the company.  

What You’ll Do:  

  • Responsible for managing a Global Revenue Operations Team of 20+ by the end of 2021 supporting our Marketing, Sales and Partnership organizations
  • Be the point person for Revenue reporting and analytics, with a deep understanding of data sources and their nuances
  • Be part of team that works to design, implement, and manage commissions and incentives for the Revenue organization
  • Represent the Revenue Organization in cross functional meetings, working to get corporate initiatives across the finish line
  • Strategize and design external presentations for stakeholders such as our board and Analyst Firms
  • Maintain strict cadence for weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting with actionable insights tied to each report
  • Work closely with the Partner team to design and implement strategies that will strengthen our partner relationships and performance
  • Lead meetings that analyse customer growth; working to support customer expansion activities
  • Manage budgets for our comprehensive RevOps technology stack; and work to continue to support it’s growth and integration into our business processes
  • Document Sales and Marketing policies and procedures
  • Oversee training materials in relation to Revenue Operations used by the teams to enable the Revenue team – encouraging the correct use of technologies and a high standard of data quality
  • Track forecasting and report out on results; working in conjunction with the leaders of Sales to continuously improve accuracy

 What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of executive/leadership experience in Revenue Operations (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops)
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and KPIs
  • Experience with implementing ERP systems
  • Proven experience allocating and managing large budgets
  • Experience working cross functionally on large corporate initiatives
  • Proficient in Salesforce & Tableau
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with high profile Executives
  • Passion for taking risks, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions
