General Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to join our team. The LMS Administrator will be responsible for implementing, administering, analyzing, and documenting the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), Docebo. Reporting to the Director of Product Education, the LMS Admin will work closely with the education team to produce online courses and supplemental materials while evaluating and analyzing the utilization of those offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining online content, resources, and user accounts, creating and running reports, supporting internal and external customers, and managing related communications and announcements. The LMS Admin will also be responsible for documenting our implementation of Docebo, with the goal of creating a comprehensive guide.

In addition to these responsibilities, the LMS Admin will help to define, measure, and analyze the overall effectiveness of all our education program offerings, including but not limited to eLearning, online Product Help, how to videos, and WalkMe content. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Docebo and be able to apply that knowledge to support our team and ensure the success of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that all content is loaded and maintained in collaboration with the Instructional Designers
  • Proactively troubleshoots and resolves any technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our users
  • Manages and tracks course enrollment, regularly updating progress reports to keep stakeholders informed
  • Establishes and maintains a strong relationship with our LMS software vendor, serving as the primary point of contact to communicate system issues and requirements
  • Develops and implements a long-term plan for the growth and improvement of our LMS, incorporating stakeholder and leadership input and maintaining a transparent roadmap for future work
  • Collaborates with the Director of Product Education and Instructional Designers to establish reporting requirements for team KPIs, regularly analyzing operational and customer-related data to assess the effectiveness of our education courses and other offerings
  • Utilizes MadCap Central and Google Analytics metrics to measure customer reach and utilization of product help guides and technical documentation, providing actionable insights to improve our offerings
  • Stays up to date on relevant industry developments and trends, sharing knowledge with teammates to ensure our LMS remains innovative and effective
  • Documents and maintains the GHX-specific implementation of the Docebo LMS, creating a comprehensive guide for other team members to follow and ensuring the success of our education programs

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • 4+years of experience managing or implementing a Learning Management System for a customer-facing organization
  • Working knowledge of the Docebo Learning Management System
  • Experience with tools for the development and delivery of software documentation
  • Proficient in standard Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare industry, supply chain, or purchasing experience
  • eCommerce or web-based application experience
  • Familiarity with web-conferencing solutions like Zoom
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
