Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced operations project manager to drive operational excellence and support growth initiatives within our Technology organization. Reporting to senior management, this role will be pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sr Mgr, Tech Ops and the CTO to continuously improve the operating model for the Technology organization.
• Develop and own detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Build and manage performance dashboards to track project metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with the Sr Mgr, Tech Ops and business leaders on Technology’s Annual Planning.
• Manage a calendar of key activities throughout the year and assist administrative staff with event planning.
• Identify areas for process improvement and design and implement solutions.
• Ensure key meetings are well-managed and successful, e.g., quarterly business reviews, all-hands meetings, board meetings
• Coordinate with global teams, adapting to different time zones as necessary.
• Project Leadership for a few key programs that are impactful across the technology organization. Providing thought leadership on such programs and owning the end-to-end execution.
• Act as a primary point-of-contact for project stakeholders.
• Work with Technology managers and the Procurement team to enter and manage purchase requisitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology or healthcare supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in global capability centers is advantageous.
• Certification in project management methodologies is a plus. Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient in process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart, etc. is beneficial.
• Excellent at prioritizing competing priorities and aligning with project stakeholders on deliverables.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
• Self-driven with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of business process environments and performance enhancement.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Aha!, and Tableau is a plus
