About Glean

We’re on a mission to expand human potential to do extraordinary work.

Glean was founded by a seasoned team of former Google search and Facebook engineers, who wondered why we don’t have an easier way of finding what we need at work. In our personal lives, we have tools to help us find pretty much whatever we need. Why don’t we have that at work? And that was the beginning of Glean.

Glean is the Work AI platform that connects and understands all your enterprise data, to generate trusted answers and automate work grounded in company knowledge. We’re a diverse team of curious and creative people who want to help each other get big things done—so we can help other teams do the same.

We're backed by some of the Valley's leading venture capitalists—including Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed, and General Catalyst—and have assembled a world-class team with senior leadership experience at Google, Slack, Facebook, Dropbox, Rubrik, Uber, Intercom, Pinterest, Palantir, and others.

What’s the opportunity?

Glean is looking for an experienced Website Designer who can create high quality web designs for Webflow and support other marketing initiatives like paid media and events.

As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for turning ideas and concepts into exceptional designs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure we are making consistent and seamless brand experiences. You should possess a strong understanding of design best practices, ability to handle multiple projects, and a keen eye for design details (e.g. even being able to suggest a reasonable solution in the absence of a full mockup).

What will I be doing?

  • Craft engaging web brand experiences across various assets, including landing pages, emails, banners, social media, newsletters, presentations, and events.
  • Develop innovative concepts and articulate them clearly.
  • Take full ownership of design projects from start to finish, partnering with Brand Design to maintain consistent brand identity across UX/UI design and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, understand objectives, and strategize visual communication approaches.
  • Create fully responsive, pixel-perfect websites and pages.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and managers to bring projects to life.
  • Deliver high-quality, accessible digital products within tight deadlines.

What skills do I need?

  • Demonstrated experience in a professional design environment, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Experienced with design programs such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail in design and layouts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with stakeholders based primarily in the U.S.
  • A learning, self-starter, and growth mindset with the ability to operate independently within a small team and navigate ambiguous projects, with a sense of curiosity, and a desire to make things better.
  • CMS experience is a significant advantage.

We are a diverse bunch of people and we want to continue to attract and retain a diverse range of people into our organization. We're committed to an inclusive and diverse company. We do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, or race.
